Every property that is listed on Vesta Equity’s marketplace is subject to a formal appraisal in order to certify the property’s value. This information is validated and helps to substantiate data-driven market valuations. At this point, the property value will be the appraisal value. Once listed though, property market data that can be updated more regularly will complement the appraisal value. If new appraisals are subsequently conducted, the new appraisal value will then be used to represent the property value. Vesta Equity uses both the appraisal value and property market data value to provide the most accurate financial representation of the property at any given time.
